Amazing set of boots found washed up on Ogmore beach! Could be from an Italian ship wreck but maybe shoes from buried village near Merthyr Mawr? Probably a load of cobblers?

Excellent! Three wins for the regions. Shame about Scarlets?

There have been years when Cardiff couldn’t score goals. Now they are making up for it - wow!

Good performance by Ospreys, not by ref really
Post match Press Con with Mark Jones 🗣️

"I'm delighted, so pleased for the group. The way the young fellas rose to the challenge, and the senior guys were real steel down the spine of the team.

We've got a very high quality team coming to our own back yard next week [Munster] and we're excited."

Last Saturday was @bsbibotany.bsky.social #BIBConf25 but in 1965 BSBI conference was in Birmingham. Found report in Amnesty bookshop! JL Fyfe of PBI Cambridge talked about Lucerne, Sickle Medick and hybrids 🤗 Alas no references ☹️

Whatever! I saw Jarrod replaced in the World Cup warm up in Cardiff and put me right off him but tonight he’s brilliant chwarae teg
I don’t mind the players celbrating big in the moment, some of them will be absolutely scarred by their recent experiences in a Wales jersey and they’d have taken any sort of W

As a fan I can’t celebrate that. it was an awful performance that should have resulted in a loss. can’t pretend otherwise.

By chance we had Uber Eats delivered food from Ascott’s - ok and the chips were good!
I’m not a regular restaurant goer so this space isn’t normally going to be doing reviews but having gone out last night for a family meal I can say what a fantastic meal we had at Casa Med on the High St in Bromsgrove. The staff were brilliant and the food was excellent.
You have to try it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On the island of Sumatra, families keep wild spices growing in their back gardens. The wild relatives of their commercialised cousins, these plants offer flavours and uses that are undervalued. A new study of these gardens finds what we could be losing.

I was born in Swansea and was taken to St Helens in my pram. It would be great to have a new rugby ground in the second city. BUT 8000 capacity versus 14500 at Parc y Scarlets seems important to me! @huwgriffinrugby.bsky.social

Is an 8000 capacity stadium really enough? Not enough for the Premiership!
This is good news for those of us who think Wales' second city should be home to a top flight professional rugby team (yes I know "top flight" is doing a lot of work in that sentence, but hey, I'm an optimist. Honestly).

HOWEVER....
Ospreys' St Helen's stadium plans approved by Swansea council
The Ospreys will relocate to the historic St Helen's ground for the 2025–26 season.
