Some of my service users are older then Trump—three of them more than a decade older—and this level of somnolence (extreme sleepiness) is not normal.
Not that I'm some sort of expert, but nearly half a decade in geriatric social health gives me a pretty good indication of what is abnormal.

Part of my work involves geriatric social health. This is *absolutely not* a guideline anywhere as far as I am aware. Most of the Elders I work with have never had an MRI before. Old people looooove discussing health issues. If they were having regular MRIs for aging, I'd have heard about it.
