I got the French salad chips. A vinegar taste at first and then a subtle tomato, and then possibly imagined subtler lettuce flavour. The back offers an origami suggestion

Filled with bike parking, cool. Marked by a bollard painted black, what a wild choice for a safety feature.

I went to Allen Gardens to do some sketching, to see if it would be a good place to take my illustration students but I felt it was too tight and had too little seating, even after the recent renovations. Not bad for a small group or solo trip for an hour or so though.

This @stephlaubooks.com book is very fun with sweet, loose cartoony art. Not just for Xmas, but a good choice through the winter too. #KidLit 📚👍

Happy #KidLitArtPostcard Day! This Unhaunters piece is inspired by a family snow day and a golem like Willy from the Unsleeping City.

I'm an experienced cartoonist, illustrator & educator seeking representation for my graphic novels, middle grade, beginning reader & picture books.

63/Some of the people I've seen around Toronto, sketching from memory to train my visual storage. These are from fall, so few good winter fits. Everyone is in dark neutrals.

Trying to work on an image that showcases my important sides as an artist. Like a calling card. Gonna ask my students to make one this year. How's it work?

He did the covers of a rerelease of the prose collections too, which are nice pieces.

The Doc Strange Doc Doom book was great too. My first introduction to him was the cover of Aliens Salvation which I think is still a killer composition.

Likewise, the impractical clothes that pirates wear are thanks to father of American illustration, Howard Pyle, who took inspiration from the Romani people. There wasn't a lot of pictorial reference for him to work from.
