The Näirb is a three leg stool that comes in black and the original oak. Perfect for sitting at low tables to compose depressing poetry about environmental destruction.

Hmm, interesting take. I’m not sure we ever had good evidence that “low” protein diets were more than theoretically beneficial in CKD (I never recommended them). Having said that I’m all for #glipination and MORE protein!!

Welcome to #TenPostNephJC
Last #NephJC we discussed tolerance induction in HLA matched 🫘 transplants with donor Hematopoietic stem cells (MDR-101).
Missed the Chimeri-chat? No worries - We’re quite “tolerant” to those who missed their IS(Informative Session)!

This year marks 30 years as a type 1 diabetic.
I am raising money this month for backpacks with supplies for new diabetics ($300) & hypoglycemia boxes for schools ($100).
Goal is to raise $6K.
I will match $6K for a total of 30 🎒& 30📦
Thanks 😊

Strange papers

Cost-effectiveness analysis in @jama.com JNO

jamanetwork.com/journals/jam...
Seems to suggest standard (versus early) dialysis in AKI is more expensive? (It was still cost effective)
Which is strange considering in STARRTAKI there was *less* dialysis in standard
