xivonmac launcher has a "plugin config" folder that you can yoink wholesale and just sub in for the same folder on the destination install, there is probs something similar on windows (assuming that's what you're running on)

i'm on mac so it might be different but you could try digging through plugin files and just grabbing all the relevant ones (a la copying character data files before that was added as a native feature)?
