My guess: someone watched the ICE bodycam videos and this is the way to start dialing back the rhetoric before those drop. If past is prologue, there’ll be ICE goons talking trash or mocking Alex afterward.

Sure but they confirmed a cabinet secretary for DHS who executed a puppy and bragged about it in a book. How can anyone be surprised when she treats humans the same way? These people weren’t hiding their true selves, they were broadcasting it. Now tar the GOP with them for the next decade-plus.

You can see the Goon in Gray get the gun off Alex. You can also see what appears to be Alex’s phone cast aside. He was recording beforehand so either Feds or local police have his first person video, which also likely has close up audio of the whole thing.
