I had the most magical night last night. Dinner with my two adult bros and our mom. Just us. For probably the first time in…20 years? And then a family favorite: Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass at Lincoln Center. “Rise” found a deep nerve I bawled like a baby. It was perfect.

And to top it all off I noted the Passiflora suberosa (incorrectly identified as P. edulis and also incorrectly named as “pop up”—I was searching for “Maypop” 🤦♀️). I am rusty. Anyway, these are my silver linings, however imperfect it all may be.

For 3 hours I had a dog and it was glorious.
Two hours after this video I asked the right person, and minutes later we were standing in “Andy’s” living room. He was home.
