Karoline Leavitt boasted today that cooperation with El Salvador is at "an all time high." Wouldn't that indicate if the US asked El Salvador to return Garcia, it would be done? & isn't there a contract with El Salvador to jail deportees? Is there nothing in it about cooperating to bring them back?
