It definitely helps! It’s still trickier to get them to rise well at altitude (I’m at 3,000ft) but they do rise better with the White Lily for sure. Buttermilk biscuits seem to rise better than ones with lard but they’re still munchy and good for biscuits and gravy

It’s funny now if that helps. My sister panicked and didn’t unbuckle me after a fender bender and broke my femur trying to get me out of my car seat when I was 3. I was a very tiny 3yr old and ended up in a full body cast for a time for some reason
