It's Bonnet Mould (Spinellus fusiger) growing on the cap of a Mycena species fruitbody (a Bonnet fungus). One fungus feeding on another = mycoparasitism!

With the support of a @BritMycolSoc Massee Arts Grant, @fatfoxmushrooms, Poppy Flint & Benji Bailes present (un)common threads - a collaborative, evolving artwork & interactive exhibition. At the London Fungi Festival from 4-12 October: nationalparkcity.london/fungi-festival
