God, that is so messed up. I recently read about an astronomical surge w/adolescents & teens. Some sites use words like “sweepstakes” to evade age & other kids have parents who set up accounts for them. Addiction is skyrocketing & mental health cuts will now exasperate. It should be illegal.

I thought they might revoke but right now, this fake “PEACE Prize winner” is threatening WAR w/NATO via Greenland & Norway (founding member of NATO) had to send troops there. Fire & a dementia addled psycho w/nuclear codes.

Cool. From 2003-2008, I was targeted every single time I traveled. I’m Indian Am & my dialect is “articulate Valley girl” so there was no real reason except young, brown woman = harassment. I’m so sick of this racist bullshit. Also, I’m so sorry for what you’re going through. Solidarity w/MN.

I also have much more faith in the good of avg people than Gov, including Opposition. There are many Soc studies that show we’re best in times of crisis. Altruistic & community driven. We think the opposite b/c MSM creates a narrative w/1-2 incidents but every other story is humans helping others.

I know this sounds crazy but the fact that they’re moving so quickly & recklessly is statistically beneficial in respect to odds of a U-Turn. Of course actual Opposition would help but 1 of 3 paths is cit resistance. It’s happened many times in many places. We can & I believe we will U-Turn.

Reported after news broke this weekend. It seems they’re taking things in steps likely with the hope it won’t escalate w/what will come but he’s insane so who knows. He’s still also talking about Canada, Mexico & Iran on top of of declaring war on EU & somehow, also blue state domestic occupation. 🙄

Yes, but he’s also insane & when he gets an idea in his head, he can’t let it go. The good news is that loss of US bases, especially Ramstein (also the largest Am community abroad) is v bad for the US. I almost wonder if military members in EU would at this point deflect. Constitution not a King.

A war w/our N neighbor, another w/our S neighbor, w/Iran, w/ALL of our NATO allies which will likely trigger most of Europe to follow, & this is an incomplete list. I grew up in a racist district & was heavily bullied. Freshman yr, I had a diff lunch period than my friends & ate in the bathroom where I was safe. Jr yr, some popular girls decided I was “cool” but they still spewed anti Black racism. Decided popularity wasn’t worth it. I was 15. He’s pathetic.

I’m in Texas & decided to volunteer w/the Talarico campaign. After she announced, I was leaning towards her but Talarico had a better record in his on the record votes aligning w/his progressive platform. Looks like I definitely made the right choice.

I’m really hoping some R wing Minnesotans whose kids can’t attend school or go outside safely in their own neighborhoods have family elsewhere. (To our benefit) ICE doesn’t ask for affiliation prior to harassment. It’s stops being ok when it’s a problem for them which is bs but this could help us.

I also don’t believe risk to an innocent can be totally avoided & 1 is too many for me. Life in prison & “torturous” to them punishment.
Some Ideas: Mandatory ethics classes. Required reading of books by marginalized authors w/mandatory book reports. History/Perspective of oppressed peoples, etc.
