Twice now I've immediately pressed the home button, "closing" facebook. It still posts fine, in the background.
This just seems to be Meta trying to keep you on facebook longer. Just demanding you stay on FB.

I got this model kit for Christmas. Its a bunch of laser cut parts you assemble, and it sits between books on a bookshelf. Fun to build and a cool final model. Also a reminder of our holiday in Japan.

Trying to spend my money with intention, rather than whatever is easiest. Conscious consumption, I guess.
So that means less kindle reading, fuck Amazon, and more paper books. Plus this matches my shirt.

Did a comedy gig last night. I used to do it fairly regularly, but the last few years I've only done 2 or 3 gigs.
It went super well, maybe one of my best ever. Makes me want to take it up again. Did some new material too, which went well.
