Get ready for when the smartest person in the world wasn't aware, didnt know, doesn't remember, can't answer that, wasn't in charge of that thing.
A federal court cleared way for us @democracydefendersfund.org to depose Elon Musk over the unconstitutional shutdown of USAID

That news story about the 13 year old who swam 4K, ditched his life jacket because it was slowing him down, notified someone, and then got his family saved is bananas. A story that should be told for generations.
Hero teen 'passed out' after open-ocean swim to save family
A WA mother says asking her teenage son to swim 4 kilometres through rough seas to get help after their family was swept out to sea, was "one of the hardest decisions" she has ever made.

I like when people step down from jobs, but only when people find them in the Epstein Files.

What were they doing the day before someone found their name?

Oh, _that_ Epstein? Yeah, I quit.

How do I create a polymarket bet for "the paedophile club has a secret handshake"?

It's so literally an ad hominiem response. Aesop wrote about this shit a thousand years ago.
KAITLAN COLLINS: What would say to Epstein survivo---

TRUMP: You are so bad. You are the worst report. No wonder CNN has no ratings. She's a young woman. I don't think I've ever seen you smile. They should be ashamed of you.

Someone should come up with a way to make raw milk safe for consumption.
This is bonkers. MAHA 'farmers' with ecoli tainted raw milk admit they really don't know how to make the stuff after all.

"Producing raw milk takes careful planning from a facility and infrastructure standpoint. Unfortunately, we learned this after the fact."

Happened to notice that this sharepoint/word/office365/whatever logo is slightly borked.

The top side section doesn't quite align with the one below it. Off by a pixel or so.

The random equals signs in the #Epstein emails is due to encoding errors. Not typos.

Email can use complex methods to encode special (or even not-so-special) characters. Occasionally, those methods accidentally become visible.

We pledge to save water (unless that would cost us money).
Microsoft had pledged to save water. But now, driven by the artificial intelligence frenzy, the tech giant is projecting that water use at its data centers will more than double by 2030 from 2020, including in places that face shortages.

Jamming at home last night. I turned my multi effects pedal off, as I was finishing up.

That puts it into bypass mode. Ended up playing for an extra half hour, with just Overdrive pedal and amp.

That's all you need kids. A good amp, and maybe an OD if you're feeling fancy.

When you buy Sudafed, they ask who is it for.

Apparently, "some bikies in the carpark" is the wrong answer.

Kids were watching a movie, and a character mentioned his 37 speed push-bike.

But 37 is a prime.

Multi speed bikes are typically multiples of 2 or 3, because they have 2 or three sprockets on the front derailleur.

Had a flu (negative on a rapid test, so who knows) for the past week. Little sleep. Barely moved from the lounge in 3 days. Only today I feel I'm on the recovery slope.

If I have a good sleep tonight (unlikely) I think I'll feel pretty good tomorrow.

Friends, It wasn't garlic sauce, that had been eaten.

It was sweetened condensed milk.

Multiple videos is also going to be the defence against false claims about AI.

AI can fake one video, but it can't fake 10 videos of the same incident from multiple angles. Not for a while, anyway.

The Americans.
Given that apparently the Stranger Things finale was meh (idk, didn't watch it, just the scuttlebutt) and we're not that far removed from the disastrous GOT finale that retroactively made everyone have never cared about the show:

I know some people are looking forward to sex robots. But if AI has taught us anything, it's that sex robots are going to be having the sex we'd rather be having ourselves.
