Trekkie, mini painter, Sci Fi fan.
Today's Trek treat - the 1979 Electronic USS Enterprise from South Bend.
Probably one of the most unique renditions of this ship as you can play about with the nacelle placements.
This is complete with unused stickers, and working electronics although does have some yellowing on the hull.

It's a great shame that BlueBrixx has lost the Trek license - their builds are really rather nice.
This Vor'cha class build is only small but well priced (even with shipping from Germany) and is a great representation of the 'real' ship.

If you see this, quote a Star Trek reaction meme

Finally something which motivated me to get some exercise - the Star Trek challenge from Conqueror.
100 miles to get a medal (and digital artefacts).
The medal is nicely themed and quite weighty.
Really enjoyed the process and already started my second.

I've loved Halo since Combat Evolved was first released on PC, so ofcause I had to give the minis from Flashpoint a try.
This is the Paint Set from Mantic games.
Master Chief is pre-built. There is some clean up required but the details appear crisp and 'realistic' (not GW exaggerated).
A nice kit
