I don't think any criticism was intended by the company.
They're pretty well established with various medals for real world walks, they've started to do lots of licenced medals - Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Harry Potter and even Elvis Presley.
Just tapping into a new revenue stream I suppose.

That's a real shame, but I did wonder when their Trek mini figure range disappeared from pre-order. May have to grab a couple of kits before they disappear.
