This seems to be British and BBC phenomena really. The BBC will scour the world for awful stories and present as though it has earth shattering consequences. It will only report bad news from the EU - dire growth figures or disaster.
The news in the EU is far more positive and will have good news.

The only topic guaranteed to appear on QT each week is immigration- usually because there is a seat reserved every program for Reform (over every other political party or group. If they can’t make it, a right wing think tank or journalist will keep the seat warm.

Who was this letter written to? Farage is referred to in the third person - ‘he did this/didn’t do that’ but not ‘you’. What were they taught at Dulwich College?

I loved the way it was produced as if it explains all, but one side only, not available for scrutiny and anonymous.

Not all Reform voters are racist (they don’t understand Reform’s ‘policies’) but I suspect all voting racists support Reform. They will be cheering him on, excusing his racism as ‘playground banter from 50 years ago’.
Farage’s misdeeds need continual exposure, the more varied the better.

Kent - the ‘flagship’ Reform council - has witnessed no identified savings (despite promises), an over spend (despite promises), an expected increase of 5% in CT (again despite promises) and more suspensions, arrests, court cases, defections and mismanagement than you would have thought possible.

So Reeves lied and mislead everyone, Prof Miles from the OBR is an unreliable witness and lied to the Treasury Committee?
Starting to see to a possible pattern here?
December 4, 2025 at 5:32 AM
I rest my case.
December 4, 2025 at 5:26 AM
And then told both groups ‘that he never said that’, then ‘never deliberately said that’, then ‘never directly said that with intention to cause confusion’ before finally admitting that he did say that but didn’t mean it.
And so on, ad nauseum…
December 3, 2025 at 5:03 PM
I would vote whole heartedly for any party (assuming Reform don’t have a complete volte-face) that stated, ‘Brexit was a mistake; the cost to the country was dear. Our aim is to rejoin the EU at the earliest possible opportunity and within three years of being elected’. No referendum needed.

Bloody ‘listening age’ of 65! I was incensed…
December 3, 2025 at 4:51 PM
Very good 😊
But your point is also valid that it takes a special type of pathetic to actually dispute this and an even more pathetic journalist to report this.
December 3, 2025 at 3:51 PM
In the light of the recent announcement by the OBR I think all of this needs reappraising, starting with an apology from Mason with his ill-judged and misinformed attack on Reeves.
December 3, 2025 at 2:37 PM
‘It was just banter’ I think he said.
December 3, 2025 at 2:14 PM
Together with the moronic Tories that somehow won’t be offended by this - Gullis et al will all assume he means the others (and not them)
December 3, 2025 at 2:12 PM
The trouble is Sir T is that the very cream of the Tory party has gone to Reform. Especially Gullis for whom I had high hopes as a future leader and PM.
The talent void created will hit the Party very hard….
December 3, 2025 at 2:09 PM
You are correct but pressure needs to be constantly applied to watch him shift from ‘I didn’t do it.’ To ‘I didn’t knowingly and deliberately do it’ as the evidence mounts that he definitely did target those because of their faith or colour. He looks more stupid with each denial or weasel words.
December 3, 2025 at 2:06 PM
Yes - careful words chosen to say ‘I think she’s lying’. Hopefully the analysis from the OBR will be thrown in his face the next time he demands an interview.
I ever forgave him for bringing down Sue Gray - little weasel.
December 3, 2025 at 8:08 AM
The ridiculous fallout from this year’s budget just goes on and on.
I suppose the media believe they brought down Rayner so the sights are set on Reeves.
Imagine if she has set a budget without any head room !!
December 3, 2025 at 8:04 AM
Vegas would not necessarily be on my list to visit but as long as Trump is in power I am avoiding the USA studiously. And looking at tourism data for the whole country I’m not the only one.
December 2, 2025 at 7:00 AM
I cannot remember a budget that was poured over by the media in the same way this one has.
‘Reeves’s lies!’ ‘Taxes up - the govt lied to everyone!’ ‘Reeves must resign’. It’s truly pathetic and where were all these crusaders for the last 14 years of Tory rule? Austerity anyone?
December 2, 2025 at 5:54 AM
What lies are you referring to?
November 29, 2025 at 8:03 AM
I’m guessing that once again the ‘need for balance’ strikes again, this time allowing for plain misinformation and lies to be expounded on the BBC.
I’m not sure what her expertise is on economics but that fact she’s from the Sun suggests a lack of competence.
November 29, 2025 at 8:03 AM
It will be akin to putting the arsonist in charge of the fire brigade, aided and abetted by a client MSM promoting the wealthy over everyone else.
November 29, 2025 at 7:52 AM
Is it though?
November 28, 2025 at 7:16 AM
Thank you for this.
I for one am totally exhausted with MSM constantly finding the negative in everything the govt does: even the Guardian ran a piece about the £2million homes tax affecting the poor residents of Richmond (retired corporate financier having trouble flogging his overpriced house).
