Something very very tragic occurred today after stream resulting in the lose of one of my beloved pets. A freak accident. I may need time to process this as i am absolutely broken mentally and it's hard for me to even type this.

I'm only speaking to my experience here but when i had long Covid and brain fog one of the things i did that helped me was looking into/at my blood sugar. I had a history of pre diabetes. Additionally i ate an increase of vegetables mostly broccoli. I did memory games too. 1/2

If ai was used more for just research i would be more willing to see it used but instead its just slop videos,art and propaganda whilst increasing prices and using needed freshwater.
