I used a circa 1999 "Breadman" brand bread machine toal another load of Italian herb bread. This time it came out perfect.

The bread machine is so old there isn't a URL on the label, just an 800 number.

Cook's Country French onion soup. Clearly a respin of Cook's Illustrated magazine French onion soup. They simplified cooking down the 5 pounds of onions, but the flavor is still there. No balsamic vinegar in this one.
