It's a ttrpg called Whippoorwills. Basically the plot of the show Dead Like Me, but you're a special team that go after people avoiding death (like vampires, liches, billionaires, etc).

What a delight to be doing something creative where I can engage multiple things I enjoy: working in the vague realm of themes and aesthetics, while also giving myself little logical puzzles to solve.

2) I have a mechanic for montage sequences that allows characters to spend time working on things.
Why create new rules for recovery/healing when it can just be a possible action in a montage?
It also prevents a situation of other characters twiddling their thumbs because they took no damage.

Two examples:
1) I have a rule that if you roll the max on a dice, you gain Momentum. You spend this to do things (extra damage, negating consequences, etc).
Do I make exceptions on what rolls this might apply to? No. It's simpler to just work on what gaining this means and what it does.

Read the description of Witch Bitches and thought it sounded good, then I got to "... honestly just an excuse for us both to muse about dismissive women in big hats that could be mean to us in a sexy way" and felt very called out.
