When the only adult at the Parliement in Portugal is the Liberal leader, Rui Rocha, we go into another round of elections and political crisis.

Hope that all that got involved in this, specially Chega, Montenegro and Pedro Nuno Santos, got penalized on it.

One of my companies informed me they cancelled a $2m conference in Florida. Why ?

They didn’t feel they could pass on the incremental cost of tariffs. So they are cutting expenses.

That’s a city that lost a ton of tourism revenue.

The cost of tariffs isn’t just the cost of the tariff

Some people never learn from history.
In 1890, the Tariff Act came into place in the United States. It placed tariffs on imports of up to 50%.
While touted as a way to build American industry, there was also the hope it would force an annexation of Canada. It backfired.
Let's learn more.
