Elon Musk just declared USAID "a criminal organization" for refusing his brigade of unnamed extralegal, extragovernmental bully boys access to their files. In fact, it's Musk & his unauthorized "DOGE" who are the criminal organization & this is organized crime behavior. HE'S NOT THE GOVERNMENT!
