Democrats should hold town halls in all red districts and use it to blast Trump's agenda, correct the record, and explain why their policies are better - assuming they are better.

Trump wants protests, especially with violence, so he can unleash the military, crack down, declare martial law and cancel elections. He'll assume complete power. Republicans and Supreme Court will support him. I don't know why people think he's leaving peacefully. He's never leaving, folks.

Hegseth Orders Pentagon to Stop Offensive Cyberoperations Against Russia
The defense secretary’s instructions, which were given before President Trump’s blowup with the Ukrainian president, are apparently part of an effort to draw Russia into talks on the war.

If you worked for 18F and got fired, Group together to start a consulting company.

It’s just a matter of time before DOGE needs you to fix the mess they inevitably create.

They will have to hire your company as a contractor to fix it. But on your terms.

I’m happy to invest and/or help

Including freedom of the press.

The biggest cage match ever will be between Musk and Trump. Elon will try to implement AI in a manner that automates much of what Trump is now trying to control.

Trump will have no understanding of what is going on and will have to turn to the AI oligarchs to support him in this battle.

“We must sound the alarm on why Elon Musk, a private citizen, wields such access to all our critical data. This is yet another wake-up call that Trump and Musk are rapidly dismantling U.S. institutions—a step ever closer to authoritarian control.”

Reminder that some of Trump's first actions when he took office were gutting the FAA and freezing the hiring of air traffic controllers. Maybe this crash happens anyway, but Trump is making Americans less safe.

On his second day in office, Trump summarily fired every member of the Aviation Security Advisory Committee as part of dismembering the Department of Homeland Security.

Maybe it was just more convenient to blame DEI without any evidence.

To recap, Trump:

-Forced out the FAA chief at Musk's insistence
-Imposed a hiring freeze that reportedly included air traffic controllers
-Fired the TSA head and gutted a key aviation safety committee
-Blamed the DCA crash on DEI

This is disastrous leadership.

As the U.S. shifts into a volatile political landscape targeting critical thinking, I want to share an important reminder to the #booksky community:

The only way to preserve literature is by collecting physical copies.

I know, Kindle users, it sucks—but your digital copy can be deleted any time.
