I’m glad that a federal judge forced the Trump administration to fund SNAP benefits this month. No child deserves to starve because of rich conservative psychopaths playing God with other peoples’ lives. I’m also disgusted that the orange ape and his administration are trying to appeal this ruling.

I’m impressed by the high voter turnout yesterday that propelled democratic candidates and democrat backed ballot issues to victory all across the country in states like New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maine, New Jersey, Colorado, Virginia, Georgia, and California. Yesterday was a blue blowout.

Republicans are NOT the party of law and order. Since they scream for liberals to be arrested, but give conservatives a slap on the wrist or reward them for scandalous behavior or pedophilia, and delight in spreading disinformation, I say that Republicans are more like the party of chaos and crime.

I know I’m late to the party on this, but I am glad that the Supreme Court refused to hear Alex Jones’ appeal over the $1,400,000,000 defamation judgement for spreading lies about the horrific Sandy Hook shooting in 2012.

The fact that more young progressives are starting to primary establishment democrats funded by AIPAC makes me more cautiously optimistic about the future.

Once the GOP is out of the picture in 2029 (hopefully), progressives need to prioritize campaign finance reform (End Citizens United) and imposing term limits or age limits on Supreme Court justices.
