On the way back to Boston from the Berkshires, got a flat tire going up a hill in a snow storm. Attempted to change it, called AAA, then a cop made us move causing the car to slide into a snow bank. A tow out, four new tires, a hotel, and a flight change layer, my plane is delayed by an hour. Help.

Today in US History: On Feb. 3, 1870, the 15th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified, granted black men the right to vote. It was passed by Congress on February 26, 1869. Black Americans were set free by the 13th amendment. The 14th Amendment guaranteed citizenship.
