A 17-year-old girl was nearly choked to death by her parents outside Timberline High School in Lacey, Washington after fleeing an arranged marriage.
Both parents Ihsan Ali, 44, and Zahraa Subhi Mohsin Ali, 40 face attempted murder charges.
