the "right position at the right time", and thd geography of the valleys just created the "perfect" windstorm. Shit hit the fan, so to speak, and the embers flew though the air and dandelion fluffs. It could happen anywhere.

Which is just not possible for most residents of CA: think, those on SS, SSDI, the working class, the poor, and the low middle class who make just enough not to fall into the working class but no longer qualify for grants and benefits.
