Don’t think these Texas National Guard guys are going to be chasing any immigrants around Chicago on foot

South Texas game cam catches a raccoon riding a javelina (Dicotyles tajacu).

The deer feeder corn attracts a lot of other species, but maybe we should worry about them all teaming up against us?

(📷: Jeff Davis, TAMU-Kingsville alumni forum)
On a black and white game cam, three javelinas are browsing corn while a raccoon sits on one of their backs. The lighting produces laser-eyes in the raccoon, who is secretly one of the X-Men. A raccoon knight on a javelina steed. "Onward, Pigasus! Let us show them the meaning of haste". Motion blurred, black and white game cam shot.

I’ve lived there before and lived on 40th and had a lovely experience. Every city has its quirks

NEW: Alex Weatherhead had been working at Asheville's Wicked Weed for two years to the day when he was pulled off the brewhouse floor and canned by an HR person over Zoom for posts on his personal Facebook page that he was told "celebrat[ed] violence" in violation of A-B's social-media policy.

Now that the story has broken I may look to local news but at this point my priority is more on finding work than interacting with media

Hey I’m Alex, the subject of the article. I haven’t spoken to any local news on this which is why it hasn’t been reported. I went straight to Dave on this as I know him to be trustworthy

In that case, thank you for your service

Just for accuracy, he didn’t think he’d found the Kirk shooter. There was a school-wide lockdown because a midshipman had been kicked out and issued a threat. That’s who the midshipman thought he was beating up

Is this about Kirk or Cracker Barrel? It’s the same reaction every time

Agreed with the Cooler Heads here. This act of political violence may one day soon serve as pretext to justify federal occupation of progressive cities or even unaccountable militias imprisoning people of color without due process at impenetrable, inhumane black sites. Well, I sure hope not!
