Had to do a free Fubo trial just to watch the game on NHL Network. Finally getting to watch it and man what a game. Woll’s best game as a Leaf. Fantastic comeback win, really fun game and great response by the Leafs.

Great win. JT is playing without the weight of the captaincy and Matthews is (plus injury?). Buffalo is always a tough beat.

I loved the way these guys played when Matthews was out. Sure it wasn’t sustainable but for some reason they don’t have the same energy now.

This and the Chicago games were two games the Leafs lose, one or both of, in the past. They play with no energy and allow an inferior team to beat them. But this team does feel a little different. Seems they can dig deep and not let a low event game lull them to sleep.
