The old version did the job, but it was limited and hard for our team to review and follow up on.

We wanted to make it even easier for customers to share feedback, and now they can!

November was a meaningful month at Buffer! 💙

We celebrated our 15th birthday and are closing 2025 as our strongest year in the past seven. After a long stretch of rebuilding, that combination matters.

Buffer now offers a 50 percent discount for public libraries! 🥳

Libraries have always been in the business of access: access to knowledge, ideas, connection, and community. So when we realized public libraries weren’t eligible for our nonprofit discount, it didn’t sit right with us. 💙

After months of groundwork, Arek helped take us from roughly 300 stuck posts per day…to 0–20!!

An extraordinary shift in reliability for customers who trust us to send their posts on time. His goal now is to hold the daily average under 10!

For almost a year, Sr Software Engineer @ Buffer, Arek Panek lived inside one of the most stubborn product mysteries at Buffer: posts getting “stuck in processing.”
