I'm sad that the hype of prerelease has been impacted by TMNT. I hope that whatever mistake led to this will prompt positive change for quality control. And I hope nobody is losing their livelihood because of it.

With most of the Dimir archetypes untouched by the recent B&R, I think these midrange strategies with Kaito, and the combo strategies with Kavaero will only get stronger. However I'm very excited to watch the metagame develop :)

I believe that the lowering of the guard rails is really dangerous, and will require wizards to design a new phrase to replace this restriction in new designs. It's messy, and confusing imo. And I don't think that the Bringer of the Last Gift deck is our first example of how broken it can get.
