I'll say it we definitely don't need anymore nutritional epidemiology trials looking at non-nutritive sweeteners, we need good long clinical trials (but honestly we have way more pressing and better ways to spend the research dollars if you really want to think about it)

Dr Oz: "Some of the reasons that premiums are going up is because if you take people who didn't know they had insurance and therefore never put in any claims off the rolls, then you still have people who are charging enough to make up the difference. But I do think there are criminal elements."

We’ve gotten several messages that the Trump administration has tampered with federal employees’ email systems, making some people’s automatic Out of Office replies blame the government shutdown on the “radical left.” This was done without the employees’ knowledge.

I have just left a lengthy Pubpeer comment on the autism/Tylenol study being cited by the Trump administration. There appear to be a number of fairly straightforward errors in the paper.
