Why is their time so much more valuable than mine?

Every single time I’ve been here I’ve waited a minimum of 20 minutes. Today, so far, 30 minutes.

Was 6 minutes late and couldn’t call to get through because their phone lines are ridiculous, and the receptionist said they could try to still fit me in

There was no need

I do not have time to feel my feelings I have shit to do

I would love nothing more than to speak to customers for 11 hours and pretend I am not Big Sad™️
