This is my very first time using yarn of this weight before, it’s literally just 4 pieces of cotton string, but it’s not as traumatizing as I thought it was going to be. I’m trying the virus shawl pattern for the first time and I think I’ve finally wrapped my head around the pattern now.

Pinterest is really pushing these AI ads of weird hoodies with built in muscles but like….the descriptions don’t mention the muscles? It’s all very odd.

Ive been painting ceramic trees for some family members & I got this mini tree, but it came will regular sized lights which looked way too big. So on a wild hair I hot glued 3 itty bitty mini lights per hole and I like how it came out.

I’ve always liked having special, fancy teas, but a few years ago Prime became addicted to Lady Grey tea (basically Earl Grey with extra citrus) and it has become a shelf staple in our household since then. I like mine with a splash of cream. Such a pleasant sip in the morning.

Osita is getting her gall bladder removed today and there is another woman in the waiting room who is also getting her gall bladder removed and I said “what if the doctor removes them at the same time…and then makes the two gall bladders kiss?”

Normally I decorate for Halloween in September but the current political climate has sucked away any desire to decorate HOWEVER today in a bust of energy I put out my Halloween trees. I haven’t decided if I’m going to wire them up so they turn on but they’re at least out and I can look at them.
