Ahhh I got a really lovely pen set from a company called Tom's Studio. Despite watching a lot of crafty & journalling YouTubers I'D NEVER HEARD OF THEM.
TLDR it's a really hefty pen barrel, and you change the nibs as and when to suit your needs.
You can also apparently buy fountain pen nibs!
