It is indeed an excellent article. It isn’t clear to me why the government can’t be held liable for wrongful acts under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Any lawyers with experience in this arena care to comment? www.house.gov/doing-busine... #legalthreads

In short, very little that I know of. I have heard him speak extemporaneously (TV) and his oratory skills certainly exceed our POTUS (granted, a very low bar). He is a decent actor. But he appears very uneducated in matters of human biology and is not smart enough to question his intuitions.

It blows my mind that seemingly smart people can be so stupid. It is as if the earth has passed into a region of space that lowers the intelligence of some people (apologies to Poul Anderson: “Brain Wave”).
