I assumed Trump's re-election meant Ukraine would be immediately handed to Putin and sanctions lifted. I was thinking too small. The NATO elimination project has far more upside and therefore has priority in the application of the "Trump resource". Ukraine can be had simply through US neglect.

NPR just referred to the Trump regime’s “willingness to push the boundaries of the law.”
Trump keeps breaking laws, and the media keep saying he’s *almost* breaking laws.

I'd like to thank all of you who will call or write your reps this week and remind you that while Kristi Noem may deserve to be impeached , it won't actually change anything on the ground. Making a law that requires ICE agents to always wear cameras and never wear masks will. 1/3

So much for being the protector of women.
This was murder. Trump is defending a murder, a murder committed on his behalf.

America is not being made safe. It is becoming more dangerous each and every day because Donald Trump is a criminal who commands and encourages others to commit crimes on his behalf—as he has done for years.
Trump: "I have just viewed the clip of the event which took place in Minneapolis. It is a horrible thing to watch. The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting ... "

Of course, it is the Democrats' fault for not realizing that there are as many Americans who support evil as there are that oppose it and the rest don't care if they think they will be better off financially. It's time for the US to stop blaming Democrats for not it from itself.
I believe the original sin Democrats, and especially the Biden administration, made after January 6th was viewing January 6th as the *end* of something, rather than the *beginning* of something. Five Ways To Remember January 6th
Too many people saw January 6th as the final aggrieved death throes of Trumpism. We can now understand it was the start of something much darker.

Cutting staffing is a provincial policy. You need to ask your premier this question. The federal government supplements each province’s system and the province decides how to spend it. Many provinces are with-holding funds to encourage further privatisation. Ontario is the perfect example.

It's Muslim derangement syndrome
Just naked bigotry, they don't even bother trying to hide anymore
Tuberville: “We just saw what happened in NY. We lost NY. It will be completely Muslim in 3-4 years. That’s what they want. And it’s going to spread throughout the country.”

Savvy, both in terms of the source used and conveying concern about GOP control, which obviously matters far more to Trump than Main Street suffering itself.
It's easy enough for Trump to blame the press when he's in a Q&A session about "affordability" with reporters. It's harder when he's hearing from a voter who is struggling. That's why I thought this was a savvy move by Fox's Bret Baier:

Seems the IR subfield is so committed to the patron-client/proxy conceptualisation of allied relationships b/n bigger and smaller countries that it often can’t contemplate that the smaller state has agency and drives the relationship. Maybe that accounts for the failure to understand the Ru-Ukr war…

If you boycott elections, candidates logically ignore you and focus on the voters they can still get.

There’s a reason pundits keep nudging Dems to a mushy middle. Those folks are idiots, yes, but they’re idiots who show up to vote.

And that matters more to a candidate than your smart apathy.
