So many good answers for this one:
- they wear out (limited read write cycles)
- anti fraud, in that it cycles the numbers to prevent reuse of compromised cards
- address verification, since they need to send the cards to you
- reduces the timeline for legacy technology to the expiration period

I’m not allowed to nominate like that in the booking. But yeah nah :) she spent her life in 1st class to date and I’ve never been up that end of the plane.

Australia is a bit of a uniquely lame duck with its national broadband network right? I could definitively see myself using it as a primary connection there.
