Ye, over here in PG county we’re still trying to get them blocked. Half the battle is other residents thinking that data centers will benefit the community instead of harming it.

Now they want to toss that Vegas sphere out here too 🤦🏽‍♂️

When looking at counselors/therapists, I filtered our options down to:

- Black
- Non-religious

Conflict resolution is so much smoother when you can just address core issues and not have to factor in arbitrary gender roles.

Yeah, at HS age you're viewed as a ‘man’ even if you aren't there yet mentally.

It's different if you're physically responding to being hit/shoved on the playground as a 3rd grader or something.

I think it's fine for dealing with schoolyard bullies; stakes are lower and they'll likely leave you alone.

Approaching adulthood though? It's not really worth it even if you “win”. Then you get adults who think fighting is good conflict resolution well into their 30’s…
