Contemplative? Introspective? Something like that- not especially dwelling on the negatives but trying to remember and write down the positives. Like- why would I go out of my way to remember a bad breakup when I could remember the fun we had? Also, trying to be more in the moment.

I am turning OLD this year where I hopefully can say half my life is behind me but it could also a much lower fraction- hoping on at least half to two-thirds.
