Sole caregiver for my wife. Due to a genetic peculiarity, she is paralyzed, ventilator dependent, and rarely gets out of bed due to pain. She works not because we need the money, but because the insurance is too good to give up.

That is why I recommend everyone carry a copy of the US Constitution at all times. Then when they kick in your door, tase you, and put a black bag over your head, you can take it out and say, "Hey, remember your oath!" They will all be so ashamed they won't be able to stop blushing.
