That question doesn’t deserve an answer it deserves a police check of the people in his life.

I'm as flabbergasted as Dean on this one. Unfuckingreal. First off, it's illegal but more than that, some children never get over such abuse. Some adults never get over it even with therapy. WTF is going on in this country?
