This is one more example of how Trump and DOGE’s haphazard and shortsighted cuts are killing some of the things that made America great and will make it much harder for it to be “great again”

If the FBI gets purged of almost all of its agents, they will be replaced. The current vetting process for agents is onerous. But that can be changed, and there’s really nothing stopping a director from handing every Jan. 6 pardonee, or any other yahoo, a badge and a gun (and TS clearance)

Since we all have to go through this next four years, I’d like to find a Trump-voting buddy to discuss events as they unfold. I imagine I will agree with at least some things that happen but expect most non-MAGA Trump voters will be troubled by what it looks like Trump is going to do.
