I was at the Six Flags in St Louis once and saw a dude and thought, "that really looks like Jim Neidhart.
Later on we were in the same queue for a roller coaster and we got next to each other. I heard a laugh i had heard countless times and new it was in fact Jim Neidhart.

Yep. Being in my line of work the last 14 years really changed that in me. Old Sam could be a real dick when I look back. And now, I don't want to take the fun out of someone. Life is too short, and why make it worse for other people?

Debuting in Detective Comics #31, just the 4th appearance of Batman! While not the first super villain fought by Batman, the Mad Monk would be the first costumed villain!
