I think we're beyond the point of "separating the art from the artist"

What sucks is that there's only so many places that are technically legal to go metal detecting (if we're really going by the book here.) But another obstacle to get through is asking whoever manages the area permission to scan and dig. Even if it's legal, they can still say no.

Omg yes some people think of trust as something you can buy with words. Why is it difficult for these folks to be kind without a motive? As someone who is introverted, why do many extroverts use their confidence like it's a skill to manipulate others? (mostly rhetorical)

I'd fake being sick to avoid church. Place was a god damn bore. Forcing your kids to go to church is the lazy way of teaching them morals.

Same here. Family forced their kid to wear the infamous red hat to dinner. Making sure that kid grows up deranged
