I’m stoned and it took me forEVER to solve this puzzle correctly. I though it was T9 😭
Okay I am VERY stoned, but it’s a photo of a number code puzzle. It says “A lazy 6-3-7-7-3-6-4-3-7 finds many 3-9-2-8-7-3-7” next to a standard phone T9 dial pad. Cairo has decoded the first word as “MDQDMGDP”

The True Story of that one time when I was a shift manager at Target and the fire alarm went off, EXTREMELY abridged.
