Potentially! I was thinking that or Winnington - the problem is the Bulkeley family seem to have dispersed/married into families all over the two counties, and then had children with all the same names, so tracking down who was where when (if records exist!) is becoming a real rabbit hole...

Ended up down a rabbit hole on a piece I'm writing about abbesses (Lady Katherine Bulkeley in particular) and Cromwell and discovered a novel about said abbess fighting crime and hunting killers in 16C Liverpool and honestly this is just one of those days where I couldn't love my job more

I can't remember the last time any political cause had such broad support, let alone one so anti-big tech and so economically consequential.
