I do appreciate that! A big goal of mine this year was to read all of the Tolkien on my shelf and this was it's culmination. And, since this was my first true read of LotR, I had to do it right.
It was an experience I'm glad to have finally had. It lives up to every single bit of hype.

And as the D&D stuff goes, I'm doing some worldbuilding for a new gothic horror campaign I've been brewing up! I intend for it to be a 3 act campaign and hit as many types of horror I'm able, and today's project was to plan my sandbox for Act 1, so now I know what I need to fill it with.

So this was my guide for my highlighter colors, and a lot of the tabs correspond with these highlights. The only exception is the oranges represent the different parts like the books and appendices, and I ran out of blue tabs halfway through so yellow became their standing lol.
