There is virtually no fed criminal law for wealthy people in America right now. Doesn’t exist. Trump’s DOJ either drops their charges or he pardons them. Anyone can buy their way out of prison for the right price on any charge, with crime victims left shattered with no justice.

I’m certainly not taking Stefanik’s side here because she’s no victim, but this pretty much does sum up the way Republican leadership treats Republican women.

By the way, the real drug traffickers aren’t on the boats. Those are just mules getting paid a few bucks. Trump doesn’t go after the real kingpins, he either leaves them alone or pardons them.

His actions put troops at risk.

That’s the most important factor & bottom line.

Beyond the technical classifications, he could have gotten troops killed.

And it’s why he needs to go. Now.

Our troops can’t trust him not to get them killed. He can’t lead them another day.

More next on MSNow.

She was eventually let go, per David Goodhue of the Miami Herald, who also took this footage:

So Trump just pardoned Cuéllar, who might finally turn Republican, and his wife of the crime of accepting money for favors from a foreign country even though they say they are innocent. But according to Burdick v U.S., accepting a pardons implies accepting guilt. Is that not the case?
