Both priest AND organist were sick this morning, and we couldn’t find a substitute organist in time… so high mass was unaccompanied this morning!
Always feels like a blessing in disguise when there’s unexpectedly no organ, since it shows us we can all sing our parts (and well!) without it.

It’s my monthly Sunday “off” at church tomorrow, so I’m excitedly awaiting being able to sit in a pews and sing the hymns for a change :)

And NOTE, That the service from the aforesaid Sunday after Epiphany shall be used with the following Propers: Introit. Dixit Dominus.
