At this point posting a picture of a girl of any age on X is basically a guarantee they will be degraded, sexualized, harassed. Arguably a new form of negligent infliction of emotional distress; people should start suing and see if it works!

We’re probably very close, if it hasn’t already happened, to right wing Twitter arguing for indigenous Greenlanders to be incorporated into the tribal reserve system, and that this somehow also justifies invasion. From there it’ll be a week for it to filter up to the VP.

I waiver at times but I think it’s important to note that a lot of the West’s psychosis originates in foreign bots and trolls poisoning our discourse, especially Russian ones.

Had a debate with my boss today about whether Trump will face any consequences from senate republicans about this and two hours later that WH statement came out. Imo if they didn’t do anything after Jan 6, they won’t do anything about [topic of the day]

I think that’s right. Goldman is too moderate (temperamentally and politically) for his district, esp the Brooklyn half where Lander is from. Mamdani won his district by 23 points in the primary & 25 in the general. And he’s only in there due to his squeaker win against a divided field in 2022.

He’s got very little to worry about. And if Maduro is actually guilty of drug running and such he need only donate $1 million worth of cocaine to Trump’s ballroom fund for his pardon, and Trump will reveal Maduro was an American agent all along.
